Encounter Coffee is our cafe in the lobby — real espresso, real cold brew, honest-to-goodness good pastries, and zero judgment if this is your third cup. Grab a drink, sit down, meet somebody. Some of the best conversations at this church have happened over a cup, not in a row.
And here's the part that actually matters: we don't keep a dime of it.

Coffee money is mission money. After we cover beans and cups, every dollar from Encounter Coffee is sent out — nothing goes to salaries, budgets, or a nicer sound board.

No barista experience required. We will teach you everything — including how to not scream when the milk pitcher gets too hot. Two simple requirements:
Requirement One
You're 16 or older
Sixteen and up, no exceptions — espresso machines are basically tiny steam engines.
Requirement Two
A food handler's health card
Don't have one? Don't sweat it. It's a short online course and we'll walk you through it — and we'll get you set up and trained before your first shift.
