Pastor Ashley leads Encounter Church with a conviction that people don't need more religion — they need Jesus. Entrepreneur, nonprofit founder and CEO, mother of many by way of the foster care system, and as genuine as they come.
Her teaching is direct, biblical, and unafraid of the hard passages. She'll be your biggest advocate while keeping you accountable.

Worship is more than a beautiful voice. It's more than an entertaining worship set. It's more than the songs we sing — it's a lifestyle.
Dr. Cole is a mental health coach, an author, and an international recording artist. She leads all things worship here at Encounter Church — the worship service, all vocalists, all musicians, and the production team — and every one of them leans on the lifestyle she has lived over a lifetime.

Britany Vinson
Builder of people, businesses, and really good plates.
Britany is an intercessor, a great friend, and the owner of Tomè — Lufkin's Best Catering. She builds people and businesses with the heart of Christ leading the way, and she is the foodie of the bunch. Sweet treats? Savory treats? Really, all treats are welcome here.
As Discipleship Director, Britany helps people take their next steps with Jesus in a way that is open, fun, and deeply intentional. She believes growth happens best around a table with honest conversation, good food, and the kind of prayer that actually moves things.
